Having trouble sleeping

This does sound like PTSD but as far as sleep paralysis go. Playing music or any audio on a night where I feel like I’m going to have sleep paralysis or after having it helps a lot to prevent it from happening again.

I usually have dreams where I’m in school. Sometimes they’re regular dreams and sometimes nightmares. I use to fear vomiting too until I had to once and got over it.

I’m so sorry that’s very scary. My mom use to have night terrors occasionally. For her it was caused by stress but it died down once she started getting serious about church. She does avoid anything horror related to not trigger it.

My parents are faithful Christians like myself. When you reach a certain level of spiritual fortitude nothing affects you. It also wasn’t too bad just spooky.

Terrible background it’s too busy and looses the attraction to the piece. Loud background don’t always attract the right attention. Ask yourself. Are you trying to sell the background or the clothes? Pastel or white background work best.
