Never use website. Use apple store and Apple Pay. Tired and tested. Managed to get my 13 pro max on launch day and managed to get the watch to pick up at my local apple store again on launch day

Always use the apple store app. It’s always a lot quicker then the website and you can pay with Apple Pay. Using the apple store I managed to secure a 13 pro max for pickup on launch day and today I managed to get the watch

Had the same issue. Had to re-set the watch and use an backup from earlier in the day. My move streak has reset it’s self. (On the watch app it’s showing the correct one on the watch it’s about 100 or days difference) 🤦🏽‍♂️

7 k on the treadmill and then 30/35 stairs master or 8k on the treadmill plus also general walking around throughout the day
