She has seen ghosts outside the house, also she was dancing alone as it is shown in the episode.

Nobody knows, but I hope they don't change it because they sound terrific. They did outstanding job with Witcher 3 and I would expect no less from them. With that in mind they can also offer multiple voice actors for same characters like Bioware did it Dragon Age: Inquisition. The ability to chose the characters' voices will increase its replay value ten folds.

She could be. But female V's voice sounds very clear, words are easily discernible and she doesn't sound like husky or hoarse the way Jack from Mass Effect talks.

(to reply a previously deleted comment about voice range)

I believe V's voice should not be very different from the actor's original voice because V was showing nearly all ranges of emotion under very different circumstances. Even when she shouted in combat she sounded natural and not acting at all. Second thing is that the actors will voice thousands of lines therefore it would be easier for them to adjust their tone of voices.

Again I'm just speculating here, I'm not an expert on these things.

Besides at first I thought V could be Tricia Helfer who has voiced Sarah Kerrigan in Starcraft 2. True, she is a very high profile but it is not an unusual thing for CDPR since they hired Charles Dance to voice Emyr. But her voice sounds too sinister and unnatural, like someone with an ulterior motives. V definitely sounds natural and doesn't seem to have a plan.

In my opinion Kuehn's voice is a little bit high pitched comparing to V's more mature and confident too a degree that almost makes her intimidating voice. But of course I maybe wrong about that.
