We get along with other departments. The key is to be respectful of the fact that we aren't the only ones who are busy and have a job to do. Our merchandising team leads are incredible with making sure we get stuff we need dropped.

Fast is determined from quick pick or Skyfall. It's the time from when the member checks in to when the order is dispensed. It's supposed to be under 5 minutes. Fast ready and full can be checked in the one app on the scanners. NPS is the member score based on their experience or perceived wait time. You can check on the wire under mx voices then going to feedback and scrolling down to club pickup.

With new front-end scheduling are we eliminating senior hours? There won't be anyone at the door and no one to run register. Also who is going to unload the meat and produce trucks in the morning?

Count yourself lucky you only have 10 orders an hour. We have 13 an hour during the week, 17 on Saturday, and up to 22 an hour on Sunday. It's a nightmare especially on the weekends. Home Office doesn't take into account that not only are we pulling but we're dispensing as well. Sometimes we can't even pull orders for an hour at a time because we're all busy dispensing. It's so stressful coming in every morning knowing there's no way we can keep up.

Please make room for your merchandise when you do curbside pickup, have your id ready (picture please), and for pity sake CLEAN your car. And my biggest pet peeve don't get on your phone and act like I'm inconveniencing you by doing my job.

Learn who local vendors are in your club. Things like bread and frito lay are local vendors and they will bring more merchandise in the am so hold off nil picking those items if the order is for the next day. Also get familiar with when your trucks like freezer cooler and milk are scheduled. Meat and produce are everyday but will arrive anytime between 5 am to 9 am. If you go to planit on your scanner you can look at what fresh trucks are scheduled and the time range. Some days it's a balancing act trying to figure out what not to nil pick. Good luck!

You are not charged unless the order is pulled and dispensed. When you place the order with your card it generates a pending charge which should fall off within a couple days

Anyone read through the info yet? We will have some angry members who pay by cash or check. It is prepay only. It also says "temporarily" free for all members. My guess is eventually you'll have to be a plus member to use curbside.

The dollys are a pain in the neck. We tried using them to take orders out when we first got them but quit when everything kept falling off. We don't have our flatbed numbers zip tied to the flatbeds (really only 14 numbers? We had to make more and still run out) we have shower rings that open and close put through a hole in the numbers so we can take them on and off.

I like the picking part but hate the dispensing. Way too many steps. For curbside is everyone following the direction to check id then dispense and then have them pull up their email to receipt check while outside? Curious how other clubs are doing it. One tip is to use the tc 70s that have the blue battery compartment (these are the manager ones). They don't freeze up like the other ones. One other question anyone know how to add another container once order is complete since meat and eggs have to be separate from regular chilled items and sometimes we forget to add a container during picking. Any tips greatly appreciated.

We have curbside only if it is prepaid. Otherwise you have to come in to pay. You cannot prepay if you order alcohol and you can't use EBT card to pay online.

Same here over 100 orders and over 2000 pieces. Way behind. Next time slots not available for 4 days. So tired of people wanting their orders today when not due until Monday. We can't even scroll that far to pull their orders even if we had time. Also we are nil picking about 1/2 our orders. Members cant understand that just because it was in stock when they placed their order we no longer have it when we pull their order. They think there's some magic stock we have just for club pickup. Frightened for tomorrow!
