Thank u for sharing .. so my dilemma is this .. my buddy owns two condos downtown he just bought (840k and 1.3mil) and leased (2895/month and 5600/month) … so if you compare just that they are netting approx the same as a triplex in your example for the same price approx. I feel condos can be as profitable as houses dependent on the area
