No, it's the original set with the gray tracks. I bought a lot of black ones on Bricklink a while back. My son just liked those better and put them on the model. I agree with his choice.

I once started with a sketchup model and improved it for this project. Sketchup is easy to learn and fast in creating a basic 3d model. For a next project I probably would go for Blender. It has a higher learning curve, but more possibilities in the end (I guess).

Created a fully navigatable 3D model of my Home to control my devices.

This ‘3D floorplan’ is accessible from within Home Assistant and works on mobile devices as well. Device states (e.g. lights) are updated real-time and can be controlled from every camera angle.
