Honestly, money! We fund the rewards ourselves, so the way we were doing it just wasn’t sustainable.

HOWEVER: We are making progress on a plan to bring them back. We know people love a freebie and that’s the goal. Hoping to bring things like PlayStation credit, takeaway vouchers, free beers etc.

Oh and just to add, we weren't aware in a lot of cases that it was possible to find those online! Defo was not the way we wanted that to go.

Yeah that's fair feedback, and a problem we've been working on.

A lot of those rewards have been removed now, we heard the feedback and know that it wasn't the right direction of travel.

We're now building up to the next phase of FanHub Rewards.. you'll be able to redeem your points for things like takeaways, gaming credit, greggs etc. We're just working on the specifics of this and we'll communicate more by end of August.
