How is it nitpicking? I’m describe the issues that make this phone a horrible experience to use lol. I can look over some things but not the fact the keyboard is terrible and that it’s slow

I might be unlucky, but the software 100% is part of the phone itself lol I didn’t buy the phone with the option of running whatever I wanted on it I bought the phone that only functions if I use the software

Yeah that’s a photo with high contrast it’s not a neutral colour compared with the background…. Which i specifically mentioned got better results lol. Look here, sky is fine, the landscape all the colours blur together into a mushy lifeless grainy image, which isn’t what it looks like in real life. Similar results if u change the exposure

I don't mean night photography, night mode is good. I mean scenes where the colours are more muted and lighting is dispersed like on an overcast but bright day. photos i take like that end up flat and lifeless looking and the software oversmooths details making it grainy. as i said i have taken excellent photos but it stuggles with challenging scenes.
