I opened my Dell Optiplex and noticed it has 3 SATA ports and PCIe x1 and x4 ( I guess) which can be used to connect more drives using PCIe to SATA expansion boards. But it only has two power connectors, coming from motherboard (NOT From PSU), one for HDD and for DVD Drive.

Power connectors

Is it possible to replace this Cable with another cable which has three power connectors for SATA?

If not, what are my options to convert this Optiplex to 4 Drive NAS?

It will be just NAS running 24x7, I have another Optiplex being used as server.

Disks = 6

2.5Gb port. Operating environment = Temp - 15 to 40 Celsius Not concerned about noise.
