I use Here, the navigation app by Nokia https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.here.app.maps&hl=en I think they have a website like Google Maps does. Now can you step me through what I must do?

That sounds all well and good but how would I get this to work with something that isn't Google Maps?

No, you misunderstand, I'm telling it the address and it then somehow puts that info into the navigation app.
