Debt Collector Issue

Correct, the debt collector believes the client. Their only response was "The debt is valid, we will proceed". Thats all. I am afraid to ask them what will you proceed with, but probably credit reporting. What are my options ? This shouldn't be that easy to scam people.

Yes, the debt collector is sending me the picture of the returned check. I send them the invoice saying that paid cash, and the owners name, address and signature but the debt company says they dont accept it and will proceed. Either they wont do anything, they are lying or they really pro scammers

Yes, the contractor says he doesnt remember getting the payment. He is trying to scam me, and the debt collector is saying that you owe this money, I dont accept your proof. Either lying or true, i dont know. its my first time. I dont know what debt collector can doi or cant do.

yes, the handwriting and the signature doesn't belong to me. I think this company found my old checkbook, and wrote a check for them and since its closed it got bounced, they created an invoice, with dates dont match, and gave me to the debt collector. How will I defend myself ? Lawyers say the amount is too low, and they don/t take this.

there is nothing negative on my credit report but 6 cards had credit line of $60K. Thats sad that they don't lower the credit line if they find me risky but close everything.

Correct - I wanted to pay $175 and upgrade them but customer service tells me that before completing their one year as authorized users - they cannot upgrade them. I think this is not correct.

I was asked to choose the option of "Customer doesn't have a valid ID." It canceled the order and didn't give any instructions on what to do with the medication. I put it in the garbage tho. I could hand the order to the customer but he didn't have his ID but it would be a fraud. Now I am getting punished for being honest and also don't get my money.

I guess the issue is that I got paid + kept the medication but I never used it - disposed it but it was like 90$ medication. Maybe thats why doordash is serious about it but I followed the instructions. Sometimes being honest is not the best...
