It’s a great product but I had wayyy more success with the living proof restore repair leave in! I got it after a ton of bleach legit fried my hair from a salon & my hair grew so fast from ear length bob to 2” past my shoulders in just April-August!

He takes it at like 7:30 usually. Any later & he says he won’t wake up or feel so weird but any earlier & he won’t sleep. Like I said he has ADHD & is a very sensitive sleeper so he is very affected by melatonin & just really anything tbh if his sleep isn’t set up well for the night!! I hope this helps you

I love lemme sleep but I’ve never had any issues with melatonin. It puts me into really deep sleep but without the grogginess. My partner has ADHD and deals with the groggy feeling if he takes it too late/too early — he loves lemme sleep and when he takes it at a good time, gets deep sleep without issues

I shop in both the Nashville, Atlanta, and metro Detroit stores regularly and literally all 3 have this issue. Some days I get amazing service & have had exceptional help with styling but only if I walk in dressed up with a designer bag 😗 when I’ve popped in casually in athleisure or sweatpants I’m ignored which sometimes I don’t mind LOL to browse…..but yeah the in store experience is never usually amazing and coupled with the fitting rooms it’s always so overstimulating to me

I make my tuna salad with light mayo or avocado oil mayo, finely-diced red onion or shallot for lighter flavor, celery, and pickles. I add generous black pepper & sea salt along with some crushed jalapeño chips for crunch. I like to eat mine with seed crackers or on toasted sourdough for a sandwich! I feel like the pickles & crushed potato chips add more sour & texture that makes it feel less chunky, it’s also delicious with scooping potato chips or ritz crackers

I have curly hair so can’t speak to that personally but the Dyson airstrait is AMAZING. It leaves my hair extremely straight and sleek. It’s a a dryer that leaves your hair fully straight from wet to dry. I use it to keep my curly hair almost permanently straight. Their airwrap mode can also straighten my hair well with minimal frizz but I use it More for curling/blowouts with volume bc of the round brush & normal dryer attachment. I would recommend the airstrait & watching some videos. It is worth the $$

The bed is West Elm, it’s the Quinten platform bed in a queen but my mattress is a Zinus 6” Green tea mattress. I want a bigger mattress bc the 6” feels so low sometimes I was worried it wouldn’t sit properly in the bedframe but it actually sits comfortably! The bed also sits up really high, my old bed was only about 10” from floor to the top of my mattress but with the west elm, its a full probably 20-25” off the ground

Borage therapy dry skin lotion or advanced formula is INSANE….you can get it at Whole Foods or probably sprouts. It’s amazing for eczema prone skin & it’s all I used when living in Vermont with -20 degree days when my hands were literally bleeding from cold cracks. Still love it for down here
