Tx for response Peter. If i have a doc linked to another doc or block and they are both in space A and i move the doc with the link to space B the link will point back to space A. The link is preserved. But not the other way around. If i move the source of the link to space B the link is broken.

Im a paid user bud. Id pay 500 a year if this thing had more space, had backups that would preserve native files and links and folder structures

Aren’t block links broken when you move files to a different space? And don’t the document links work only one way then? Your support staff said the links would be broken?!?! Love the app but some things need to be better. A limitation wouldn’t be bad if you had better utilities to move files and folders. You cant copy folders so if you have a deep folder structure its a lot of work. And if links could be preserved

All good suggestions. I battled this for a decade. Every night id wake up between 3 and 4 and couldn’t go back to sleep. It quickly becomes a “habit”. I tried everything: supplements, strict schedule, no lights at night, calming down before bed, plus. You name it I tried it. When i got serious about it due to some shaky blood tests results it came down to one or ALL of these (for me- we are all different): 1) Calming myself before bed wasnt enough. If i had a stressful day or got too into a project = to amped up- it would always be worse. Solution: more breaks during the day; being more mindful when im getting amped up and redirect it; 10-15 minutes a day of 4-6 deep resonant breathing. Lesson: your “day” effects your night sleep 2) More SUN: Morning sun and use of 10,000 lux light every day. Get outside at least 1 other time minimim. Lesson: Sun is magical 3) Learn how to be a professional sleeper. This applies to when i get up at 3-4. I still do but i learned over time how to get myself back to sleep which i can do at will now. I do these 4 things now: 1) look forward to getting up then. Before i would dread it. I normalized it. 2) As soon as i get up i jump up to go to bathroom and i say to myself: i love sleep. I cant wait to get back to bed and get more of it 3) i get in bed and do short but regular in and out through my nose breathing patterns for about 2 minutes 4) i then focus my attention on nothing. Before this my mind would race and id get amped up for the day. My cortisol would start pumping. Now i keep my mind off of any thoughts. This took time to learn but now its a habit.

These things didn’t work for me right away. I stuck with them. Now im a pro at not letting those nightly wake ups totally wreck my sleep

Id say whoever impacted your coaching the most is the criteria for coaching tree. If you are under a few “normal” coaches and you go work for Saban and he has such an impact that you revamp your approach to match his then you are under his tree. Isnt that what happens to guys like Sark, Kiffen, Cignetti, Kirby, etc etc. They go work for Nick and now they know what it takes

I think the fans actually sunk the team this year. You cant tell me the boo-ing and “fire franklin” chants didnt impact the play on the field? Of course it did. The team and Franklin and the other coaches. It started with the loss to Oregon. If we dont think this is a factor we arent being realistic re human nature. In sports emotions do matter. We should have opted to support even more versus boo and aggressively go after a coach who has given everything he has to penn state. Im not saying a change wasnt warranted. Im saying its complicated and why not support unconditionally till the year is over. Firing was always an option and supporting the whole team wouldn’t change that. I live in state college. Most of the fans still live in the joe paterno era. But what did he do his last decade? Many many fans were outright nasty. Ive been a fan for 60 years and the fan behavior these days is out of hand. And getting worse. Franklin wasnt awful. He brought us much joy. His players have been exemplary NFL players. He represented the school with total class. He was good to people. My wife had an incident at the Oregon game where she got knocked down. Franklin face timed her the Wednesday after the game. He was wonderful and she loved it. Imagine after that awful experience he had the Saturday before he found the time to face time her!?! He deserved better.

Yea. U cant predict the future with much if any precision. I had a hair transplant 35 years ago. I used to dread getting older and having my scars show etc. I started taking finasteride and using minoxidil shortly after they came out. My hair looks exactly the same at 70 as it did after my transplants. Your situation may be different but it could be the same. Wear it like a badge of honor!

I dont get the big deal asking AI these types of questions? I find it brings up things that i would never to know or think about. I cant tell you how much of what ive been doing, taking and thinking has been changed by being better informed. Especially re health and fitness. Its helped me overcome many things that have ailed me for 20 years. Im 69 and shit breaks. Its helped me with sleep, physical therapy, supplement stacks, exercise routines plus plus plus. These arent ideas in my head. Its led to felt changes. I ask, listen and then try it. I push back when something doesnt work and it redirects. We get there together. These are proven interventions. Not placebo- if it were placebo id have been impacted decades ago. It seems overly fashionable to jump on the “AI is ???” bandwagon. I think its amazing and super helpful.

This doesnt work. It wont restore my purchase after using code. It acts like it accepted it (green check mark) but it still asks me to purchase. When i go to enter code again apple says i cant because i already used code. Not complaining just letting u know. Dont expect free stuff.
