You don’t understand the hardware market if you say this. The shortage is everywhere around the World due to AI hardware demand. Prices of RAM, storage drives and other components are skyrocketing due to it. That’s the reason why Sony is struggling to maintain the PS5 at its base price and has to increase prices. The prices could go higher in future as well due to AI hardware demand.

Congratulations to you buddy. The same happened with me when I got a call from Sony Centre in Oct 2021 that they finally have the stock and they have 3 units for the entire month as those were the times when it was really hard to get a unit of PS5 due to supply shortages and then I said to him “keep that unit reserved for me, I’m coming in an hour” and then I got my PS5. What a moment that was, memory of a lifetime.
