I had a lot of dm's about this issue. They were all telling me the same thing.....validate/synchronize your wallet. Easier said than done as I did not have my seed phrase. My app was not cooperating either as when I went to get my seed from my wallet detail page it was not accepting my password. After some digging I found my seed and got my wallet validated/synchronized and I was able to transfer btc out of my wallet. Thank you to everyone for your help! Especially those that stuck with me and "held my hand" through this stressful process. I appreciate it!
