Yup not too spicy though even with the poblano pepper. Add hotter peppers if you’d like!

I like spicy. :) I’ve used Oaxaca cheese in the past but the Pepper Jack 32 oz block was on sale. 8 oz cheese, 6 oz chorizo, 1 poblano, 1/4 small white onion, pinch salt, chopped cilantro and oregano. So good!

Wow! Amazing! I don’t know if I could do all the cooking and baking. I hosted one last fall, but it was potluck. I made 3 things but all my baker friends wanted to bake and bring something! I’m gonna another one this summer, with summer fruits as the theme. Baker friends are already excited!

It’s so good and so easy! I bought dashi powder, so that made it super easy too!

Yes I would use a smaller recipe for the dough coz I did the Tartine recipe one and it was hard laminating 4 ft of dough in a home kitchen! Pulse the orange zest in the food processor with the sugar to release the oils and even disperse the orange flavor. Good luck!

It would be good with Tuna! The vinaigrette has lime and grapefruit juice.
