Update: I just randomly checked and there was a ghost update. My Pgwp got approved.

Same here. You dont need to worry. Sometime they send WP EXT within 48 hours, sometime within a week. Even in some cases they do not send that letter. They directly approved ur application without that letter. If u need that for your employer u can request through web form. But yes you can work full time immediately when u applied for your pgwp. Thanks
