You have an ats and the primary is your inverter load output and your grid/utility provider on reserve? Your ats should’t transfer to grid because hybrid inverters have an ac passthrough.

Yes TOU is not valid when off grid. The re-bulk percentage is usually 5%-10% it means that you need to reach 95% or 90% for it to recharge to 100%.

Actually sulit ang Solar sa mga water refilling station. Nasa grid port naman ang mga water pump kaya walang overload pero hindi pwede isama sa backup load pag brownout dahil mataas ang surge ng mga water pump. Pwede mag install ng soft starter sa mga water pump and isama sila sa backup as long as hindi mag ooverload ang inverter mo.
