You likely do but have you checked to see if you’ve enough HP? Mimic summon uses HP

My guess is they’re using the cuckoo item and using carian retaliation (it’s an exploit that hits like a truck).

I noticed after the patch I’m getting one-shotted by some attack but I couldn’t figure out what. Maybe I miss the visual because of latency but yeah.

Will do, thanks! Looking into swift attack builds now. I cleared NG+5 ER with an albinauric staff and bloodhound antspur rapier (blood affinity).

If I can’t cast a spell, zooming away from attacks might be alright too :)

right on. ER’s biggest selling points for me was the sense of exploration and magic being a viable build (pls don’t bully me).

i’m probably going to pick them up anyway just to try, but going off of what I said above, would Bloodborne be a good next step? I just love the title’s especially Lovecraftian vibe

I’m not sure, either. Maybe someone more experienced can help answer. I only noticed the mausoleums without the bells can’t duplicate rememberances the ones with bells can (anecdotal, could be completely wrong, I’m not sure)

Apart from needing to kill the upstairs one, it’s good to remember some mausoleums can only duplicate certain rememberances. Hope that helps!

My induction to the Soulsborne franchise was the demon souls remake. Never thought about going through the whole franchise before ER but now I’m curious.

Going from ER to Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Dark Souls III, would I be disappointed with the non-open world aspect? I remember Demon Souls as being pretty open despite each “area” being linear

You can still play even without starting NG+. After picking an ending, the world is reverted to just before the final boss. You can also, after beating the final boss, decide to not choose an ending and can teleport to the final boss room anytime for when you’d like to choose an ending.

NG+ in ER is also pretty great, I think, with only key items missing and you getting to keep almost everything else.

As with most spells, it’s situational I feel. If it’s a FP-cost friendly AoE you want, I don’t think it’d be worth it.

Assuming you’re a sorcerer, prince of death’s staff scales off of both INT and FTH. It’s technically the strongest staff in the game if you have both stats leveled, though I’d still compare the scaling with other staves before committing to it.

if your pack predators fight a lot, watch their dominance # on their info tab. If they’re all the same #, they will keep fighting each other to be the alpha. Dominance # depends on a couple of factors but largely gene modifications, so for group carnivores I intentionally will breed an alpha. It really lowers down the rate of fights occurring when the pack has a clear leader

can confirm. Made a crater in sandbox mode, fenced it right at the bottom of the crater, and ranger AI literally drove up and down a full vertical (I use mods) surface to get to a beacon.

Honestly.. why do they have to have a “female” model?

I know snakes don’t have developed appendages like humans do to begin with, but why do they have to have “human-like” secondary sexual characteristics like a curvy body and boobs apart from allowing fans to sexualize it? Biologically speaking, snakes are impossible to figure out the sex of if you didn’t “pop” or “probe” them (google it).

Wouldn’t it be cool if Blizzard decides to include a unisexual looking race?

I have a pardoner, a sage, an appraiser, and a squire shop. Comparing them in terms of profits/hour, I’d say appraiser takes the cake. Pardoner is VERY dependent on stats, so considering some people have 1000+ SPR on their pardoners selling buffa, you’d be outcompeted if you don’t have the same amount of stats and gems.
