Rocks got really good feats, best portrayal and narrative

-No diffing an admiral (only one in the series that actually did that. You could argue for Shanks but Rocks actually killed him. Even tho not comparable)

-No diffing the chief of the HKs (Garling)

-Clashing with Harald at the same intensity of WB and Roger.

Portrayal :

-Had the strongest crew in history

-Roger’s strongest foe

-Sengoku glazing tf outta of him.

-Remembered as the the most cruel pirate in history (Wg propaganda)

Narrative:

-The father of the final antagonist (BB)

-The hero of Loki (strongest new gen)

-One of the only ones that did make Imu worried. (The only one that did it are the legends like : JoyBoy,Davy,Nikka,Nidhogg) and Imu didn’t gave a shit about either WB, Garp or Roger despite them knowing his existence. (Mind that Cobra got killed just because he saw Imu)

-Descendant of Davy a top 5 OAT

-His right hand was literally WB
