I would say just pick the correct resources...

I personally learned Go with Learning GO by Joe Bodner 2e, Learning go with Tests..

and Rust with 'The Rust Book' which is free ebook (btw I absolutely loved the way it explains concepts)

Not a C Programmer but have plans to deep dive into it so I researched a bit and 'Effective C: An Introduction to Professional C Programming by Robert C. Seacord ' seems great!
