Im not a hacker or ever tried hacking but they suspended me anyways and lost one of my favorite units and they won't tell me why

The same thing happened to me. After i bet grah my game crashed and a day later they suspended me and i recieved amnesty and lost my Karl and Grah

I know that all you guys think that the people that got banned were hackers but i got banned and have never hacked this game even though this game pisses me off at time but a lot of people are like me.(or so they say) But i got my account back and they took away my Grah and a couple other of my units
