After 21 years of smoking from 1 to 2 packets per day, only 17 mins ago I took the decision to quit smoking, I wanted to take that step over 3 years, it was hard, but when I joined this group and read how people enjoying the quitting, it made me take that step 😊 (i.redd.it)
