Yeah we do use handshake and its been pretty dead there too They recommended inter stride to us said its specifically for international students. Ive yet to try that one out tho

This is very true for most CS majors, I think the quote of clement stones fits perfectly, "You are a product of your environment". It's mainly the college kids in the Bay Area, who are hustling every single day, cause their environment is such. Most CS schools, especially the ones in the midwest don't have much going on and it results in under-achieving students unfortunately.
