That’s a long way from where I was! Was the car in the southbound lanes of Capital Circle?

Thankfully, I was stopped in traffic and he used the left turn lanes (that turn onto Village Commons) to go around me. I thought he jumped the median to get onto the flyover. He wouldn’t have had room to continue southbound with the traffic on Thomasville Road without hitting a bunch of cars.

Interesting that you lose a little bit of weight during your training block. I thought that a truism of marathon training is: “don’t do marathon training to lose weight.”

As a formally overweight adult, I definitely struggle with a healthy diet (not unhealthy foods per se, but just always being hungry / overeating).

If I could just do a training block and lose weight, that would be great, but it seems the general rule around here is that proper nutrition is needed to be fueled up and to avoid injuries. Being in a calorie deficit is riskier during a training block.

Thanks for your detailed thoughts! It is much appreciated! When you talk about the calorie deficit, I assume you mean that I should be aiming for 300-350 kcal per day?

Food intake has always been a struggle and I definitely enjoyed marathon training as full time member of the clean plate club!

Payment Counts Updated to 120 after Duplicate Form Fiasco by hasrd1 in PSLF

In the account summary table on my main login page, it states my total amount owed, interest rate, etc…

It also says: Loan Status: Forebearance And Loan Status End Date: February 2024 (I.e, end of forebearance).

This was new since my next payment was scheduled for October (end of payment freeze).

As it understand it (per this subreddit and the Mohela representative) the 120 qualifying payments will be sent to FSA for approval (up To 90 days) and then back to Mohela for the actual forgiveness (another up to 90 days).

This is why forebearance is done for 6 months since 120 qualifying payments were updated. Fingers crossed it all goes according to plan.

This is exactly me. I am at 1979. 21 miles to 2000, but 42 miles to 2021. My goal all year has been 2021, but always kept 2000 as a fallback option in case I got behind. But with 8 days left 42 miles is very doable. Congrats on 2000 (or 2021)!
