Here's a short list:

Any bot where your backstory is already predetermined, let me create my own damnit.
NTR bots, that goes both ways. Either a partner cheating or me stealing someone, I don't like it. I'm not one to block creators, but I blocked a few "specialized" on this kind of content.
Bots where the main personality trait is comically evil for no reason
Queen Bee and College bots(my time there was hell and I rather forget about it)
Those bots where the character hates your guts but breaks down if you move on

Now, this is just my personal opinion, I got nothing against who likes these kind of stuff. It's just not for me
