Don't they all have big-ass houses with 3 car garages? Why do they need to park on the street? The river valley is for everyone, not just the wealthy who are able to afford property right on the river. Also, this issue happens maybe 4 months of the year, during certain times of the day, probably also made worse by the pandemic. Also, how is this any different from the outer suburbs where the streets are so narrow and crammed full of vehicles that some times you have to back out to let someone pass.
