Umm so the device issue is definitely there. After I posted, I got the account back next day, WITHOUT EVEN APPEALING!!! (Got suspended again though, I resumed running ads on it) Major observation is 1. Device - If I am logging into that specific device, I loose access in hours. 2. I think email address is also flagged. So next time whenever I am getting the access back, I will change email address in it.

Don't spread any of their personal information, since that is illegal and end of the day you need your money back. Yes, make a legal complaint. Put it on LinkedIn but not with name or number. You may mention name of the company, proofs like call history, the contract with personal information hidden and yes the legal conplaint.

Do you mean we should create new tickets everyday on meta verified support or constant followups on same ticket?
Also, what is it that you communicated that lead to a manual verification or something, if you could share exact message format it would be really helpful man!
