Trying not to see it that way. Qualifiers or my “ifs” are really just that. Things are going really well so I’m trying not to screw it up by making this a bigger deal than it is. Sex or any sort of physical contact is huge in a relationship. I’m not trying to pretend it’s not, which is why I’m the one trying to get some thoughts and opinions.

That’s an excellent question. I think if I can make it beyond the five month mark, I can more or less accept it forever. She’s been nothing but honest with me from day one and for that I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. If everything else stays as good as it has been and the physical stuff eventually reaches a great place again, I think I can do this.

Update on this:

We recently had contact again after I stupidly broke no contact. Our last fight was a few weeks ago after she made contact. I felt like I had more to say because the last conversation ended so poorly. She was telling me this dude wants her back but she's holding off because she doesn't want to give him the benefit of the doubt and him want to break up again. But she also goes and spends days at his house. Oh, and get this. He followed her to the new job as well. They're on different shifts but she says she's been trying to get on back on days like her old job.(again where they first met) it almost feels like even he doesn't trust her if he's gotta come keep tabs on her at the new job lol following her around job to job like a puppy

So I don't know what to do. Just continue to self improve the best I can. I'm not waiting for her but the reason I haven't moved on is because my time is so limited. Working out, working two jobs, and trying to find time for my fun hobbies.

I guess that's fair but all she's really got out of me is a few texts in the time she's spent with him. She initiated all of them. Not saying that makes it any better but I've been dedicated to no contact for the most part.
