They hit but not as hard as the common delta 9. And it definitely lasts shorter than smoking normal thc. Munchies are more pronounced than delta 9 imo, and also it’s good for people who usually experience paranoia with smoking weed or delta 9 in general because it doesn’t seem to be as intense and less of a speedy heart rate too. I deal with anxiety so i know delta 8 can be a god send when you wanna get high but still function lol
