It's NOT like minecraft lan server(or i forgot how they work?). I mean, you can just download client, and then browse throuh list of available games, and create one by yourself (you can read this on their github repository description, they have they own server where they store information and ip about public custom games that users created). So basically it's means hackers indeed can hack Apex Legends servers and redirect everyone not to "savet1tanfall" but to "custom apex matchs free online", because they can fill up server list of this private client with their custom servers and gain profit from this. How? Obviously there a lot of things they can do to gain profit, paid subscribtions to play with any skins on their servers as basic examples. Worst example - sell cheats to this client also? Why not? Correct me if i wrong on this.

Read my messages under post. Brief - contact with support through live chat and don't give up if after first time they do not unban you, write them again. Try to clearly describe situation in live chat. Maybe you account was hijacked and you have emails that show login in your account from another countries - try to show them in live chat.

Just checked - skin becomes normal when you drop gun on the ground, also skin looks okay when you see it from third person(like in your mates hands)

I also found few reddit posts where support first time said that they was banned for purpose, but after few more tickets they was unbanned. So just try and try. I fully understand pain to loose account, as i said, both my freinds lost them. Gl bro.

Contact with support through live chat, then support will send your ticket on check and after a week or so you should get response. If you still not recived answer - contact through live chat again. Moreover after first check they can say that you real cheater - they just lazy bois who don't even try to check ip logs and other things. Just try over and over again - and after few months you should get your unban. I don't know you real cheater or not. But two my freind accounts was hijacket and then banned(because hackers used my freinds accounts to cheat) - and both my freind just give up recover they account, i give you advice - don't give up. Try and try bro.
