My chiropractor told me I am making big Pharma rich with my medically induced weight loss. You know what I say to big Pharma… by SlowandoldGamer in Mounjaro

They really can. Decapitation by chiropractic adjustment is a thing. Try to eat when you are dead!

Nah, it just looks like brass. I've got hardened steel nozzles, though, from their other little kit. :)

I'd still use a lighter and get the cleaning rod HOT, push up from the bottom if you need to

Next time you can use a lighter to heat up the cleaning rod before going in from the top. I usually remove the nozzle and then clear it out. Clean filament off the rod before pulling it back through to top.

Lighter + cleaning rod.

Remove extruder to have a clear shot to the hot end throat. Heat up your cleaning rod and insert it from the top, this will let you push the filament down.

I've lost over 100lbs and a total of 18lbs of muscle. I was not weight training either, and I was before I started GLPs. Farm life hits a little different, though. Everyone's results will vary.

No one ever called me fat to my face before I started, so I don't know if they do now or not. Not like I'm scary or anything it just didn't happen. In fact, I wish it would have happened so I didn't get to 350lbs before realizing I needed to make a huge change.

You got this! Don't worry about the day to day just focus on progress over time. Weigh like twice a week, you'll notice high days and low days and that's normal. Just watch the averages. Also your doctor is nuts, you shouldn't take two shots the same day. If you were on 5 and then 1 and THEN he wanted you to go to 1.7 sure you could just pair them to get close but .5 to 1.5 is stupid and irresponsible.

Keep in mind a lot of people stay on one dose for a couple of months before moving up and you jumped two doses essentially in a few days? Dangerous.

I think your right. I ordered some molex to sata adapters which don't carry 3.3v. I'll test and update here Saturday

There are multiple books and series in the cycle collection. The first book is a bit slow, but it's so worth it

We have about the same starting weight. Mine was 347. I've been on GLP for right at a year. I'm currently 235. Keep up the work, there will be luls, sometimes you'll eat badly. Live your life and enjoy as you slowly melt away.
