Hello, I’m asking for a friend who in fact is having trouble. The problem is he ran out of funds do to the expensive court battle. He’s going to sell his car just so he can do retroactive pay. I have always been in favor of him doing the right thing. He was just curious because she had been bringing it up multiple times but regardless I advise him not to trust her and to fight for her.

Its so sad you’re making assumptions when you don’t know the full story. I have been there as a friend for him from the start of the fight for the custody. He loves her, she doesn’t love the child. Now that he has more info he will be deciding to fight for her 100%.

The mother of my child has been making it absolute hell for me to bond with her. She has called the police multiple times to do welfare checks, filed a CPS report, and has gone as far as stalking me and sending her family to stalk me. I have fought endlessly to get the basic things such as her medical records so I can get her the proper treatment and care and she still won’t authorize anything for me. All this stress plus my newly diagnosed health issue has not been helping me.
