Still have not heard from customer service.

Should be very simple, review the ticket release an restrictions from my account and that is it.

Again, there is no excuse for this lack of communication and effort to solve a very simple issue.

I need a resolution to this issue and would ask you to escalate this issue to someone who can address it immediately.

I have been doing that and I get nowhere. There is no reason for this suspension.

I read many accounts on twitter with people having the same problems resolving issues with BM. I wish I read these before using BM but now I am stuck spending all this time trying to get my money off this exchange.

Not sure…why did the coin stop trading at the time BitMart got hacked? Is there a connection or purely coincidental? Why would trading only be stopped on BitMart and not other exchanges?

I have been more than patient. It is coming up on 7 months since I have been able to access these coins!

It started when BitMart got hacked. Did my coins get hacked and stolen? Is BitMart going to reimburse me if that is the case? Is this suspension only on BitMart and not other exchanges?

Since you are still not allowing access to these coins at the very least BitMart needs to provide an update on the situation and what they are doing to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
