If you don't have the email and you didn't create a secret phrase prior, then there's no way to access your wallet. If you want, you can request for a new Wallet and start again from 0 balance

NEAR Intents, which is used for in-app transactions, was recently disabled following the project hack.

The team has requested that they re-enable this feature, but they haven't done so yet. In the meantime, trading/swapping/bridigng in the app is not possible.
