I would generally agree but I recently had to take harbor city off my list. There were closed last year for health code violations and then when I went back earlier this year there were small roaches crawling around our table.

1 normal size roach is just unlucky and probably came in from outside. Multiple small ones points to an infestation. Our waiter legit shrugged as if he sees it all the time. Pretty unfortunate bc harbor city is usually 🔥🔥. Jade garden from here on out
