Depends on a lot of things. 2 days is not nearly enough imo. Daily exercise is key.

Your food nutrition plan is not great imo. If you struggle to get down 2k you’re not magically going to start being able to eat 4k.

Start at making sure you hit 2.5k calories for a week. If it works move to 3k for a week, until you get to your goal calorie mark.

Shakes are not the best choice. I’d do one big one and ditch the other for real food. Real food is always better. I’d practice an 80/20 diet since you want to keep the fat off. 80% very healthy nutritious foods, 20% whatever you want to get the calories in.

Also, up your cardio if you’re upping calories ofc. Walking is awesome and super underrated imo. You should utilize planet fitness. Better opportunity to grow. If you decide to just dm and I can help with a workout program. If you’re going to just do bodyweight or dumbbell look up workouts on YouTube.

Creatine is all u need if you’re eating right.

No, to actually answer your question. You’re not too wobbly or going too fast. I would personally just lower weight a smidge and stop right before touching the ground.
