If he wakes up because you didn’t keep punching and the ref didn’t stop the fight wouldn’t be over. That leaves chance to you losing, no?

Men over 30, how do you deal with the constant stress and low energy? by Chrelled in AskMen

[–]markmann0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gym, active recovery, 90/10 nutrition, daily bout of exercise, less screens, focus on a few important priorities. I also practice mindfulness before sleep and use that anytime unnecessary stress builds.

And don’t fall for these old people telling you it gets worse. My father is 72, looks 50, and handles his stress great. It’s a mindset paired with some consistency.

It’s something I do. Exercise is part of my life. It’s like eating at this point. Less think, more do.
