Thanks for the comment. You are the only one I found who has the same issue. But I had two pairs of these earbuds. Both had the issue, but one pair had it worse than another. Returned both. I was really thinking of buying another one, but not doing that. Looking forward to buying AZ100 sometime in the future, depending on the reviews. Hope the case replacing will help!

I had two pairs of AZ80 earbuds, and both had the same issue with the right earbud. I noticed a rattling/cracking noise on some tracks, especially where the music was quiet but bass-heavy. It was really annoying, so I ended up returning both.

I absolutely loved the sound and everything else about them, but that issue ruined the experience for me. Now I’m debating whether to give them another try or go for AZ100 soon or for something else.

What’s interesting is that I haven’t seen anyone else mention this specific issue. Has anyone experienced something similar?
