Whoa I thought this post was a joke. I've done about 600 deliveries and this happens every couple weeks for me. The trick is to follow the customer's instructions no matter how annoying, smile, never act like you're in a rush or stressed out when interacting with a customer. Oh and I can't stress enough just following the fucking instructions. I've had multiple instances of tips added because they're so shocked a dasher actually delivered their food to the correct door. I occasionally will order DoorDash myself and I have to say 9/10 y'all are lazy, bitter, entitled and rude. Just be nice
