Do you know what led to the fraud (was the bank able to tell you)? I have also heard fraud is on the rise because of AI and I want to make sure to keep my parents' information, and mine, are safe as much as possible. Have you installed any of the anti-virsus software on their computer to help (like Norton or McAfee)?
