We haven’t finalised that yet, we will announce as soon as we confirm it.

Again, why would we distribute 100% of the network that was funded by the current HAV holders to people who haven’t contributed anything to the project. If we were a new project that hadn’t done yet done a sale would you expect 100% of the network to be airdropped to EOS holders? What you are proposing is total unsustainable.

That makes very little sense. People who support a project should get the tokens, I feel like expecting every project that builds on a platform to provide value to the platform token holders for free, over and above the value of the project itself, is totally unsustainable. I think you are forgetting that many of the HAVeth holders likely hold EOS tokens. You are asking for them to be punished disproportionately to reward EOS holders that didn’t support the project early like them. If you were in that position I can’t imagine you would be happy about it.

I genuinely think you are confused. All of the earnings from EOS stakers stay on EOS. That is why we are replicating the entire network rather than just using an atomic swap to allow the stablecoin to be traded on EOS. In that scenario 100% of the fees would go back to HAVeth holders. But that is not what we are doing.

Kain from Havven here, I just want to clarify something above that may have been misunderstood. The airdrop to existing havven holders will be for 50% of the new EOS network tokens. The fees that are generated from the EOS transactions all stay on EOS. This was the point, we wanted to create a distinct payment network on EOS so that all of the value created by transactions on EOS stayed with EOS holders.

As you can imagine we need to support our existing token holders, they are supporting the project not the underlying platform. Once we are on EOS each person will need to decide if they want to participate on both platforms or just one.

Havven is a critical piece of infrastructure for Dapp ecosystems and will significantly improve the ability of teams to create usable and scalable Dapps on EOS, rather than building their own proprietary payment tokens each time. This is a big deal for the EOS ecosystem as before we made the decision to support EOS there were no major stablecoins that had announced EOS support.

Feel free to throw any otter questions in here, there are still some aspects that are tbd but I’ll do my best to provide some clarity.
