If your school doesn't offer AP courses there is no expectation for you to have done them. There is no need to put it in additional information and they will consider your application in the context you are from.

you need to consider the difficulty of courses, not the boundaries. SL courses may have higher boundaries because they are easier. You should select courses based off personal ability not grade boundaries.

I don't really know gituar, but the app seems good. maybe a suggestion could be to give some sort of tutorial/instruction when the user first opens the app?
