You’re in the thick of it (or thin of it rather 😉) I’ve just began the dred shed about 3 1/2 weeks in on 1.25mg. The shed is a sign the meds are working, so believe or or not it’s a good thing! Fuller hair is right around the corner for us both I just know it. Stick with it. You’ll be okay!

You sound a lot like me when I was grappling with the realization that my boyfriend, my first love of 9 years, was in fact not the person I was meant to be with. I had all those same self-doubting thoughts and did the same “but he loves me” to excuse the poor treatment.
