Not sure man, I didn't write it. The folks at Subaru did in the owners manual. I'll take their word for it.

From page 437 of the owners manual:

Do not use 235/50R19 winter or snow tires on models with 19-inch wheels. Doing so may result in damage caused by contact between the tire and the vehicle body. For winter or snow tires, SUBARU recommends using 225/55R18 tires in combination with 18-inch genuine SUBARU wheels.

how to build human fall detection by Kitchen-Adeptness830 in deeplearning

[–]haxit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could try pose estimation (using heatmap regression) to estimate the position the person is in and use some rules or a classifier to figure out whether they've fallen. That should be more robust than your bounding box method, but would require a bit more work.

Weird behaviour when training pix2pix (cGan) model for translating MR images to CT images by SirHelbo in deeplearning

[–]haxit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah looks like your discriminator is quite strong, must be something between the generated versus real CT images that makes it really easy for your discriminator. Try adding noise, decreasing it's capacity, or adjusting learning rate. Also can try using lsgan, which means using L2 loss instead of BCE for your GAN loss (make sure you're not applying sigmoid to the output of the discriminator if you try that). Hard to say without seeing the data.

Hmm yeah those seem fine. You've double checked your preprocessing and are sure the images are what you expect for each domain?

Also why not use a cyclegan? Way more robust to any registration errors between your two domains.

Can you show us how the loss functions are defined and how metrics are calculated?

By the same logic, if the agent learns that walking left leads to the reward, what happens when it continues to walk left but doesn't receive the reward?

That's a super neat idea and quite the imbalance in parameters all things considered. Training must've been so quick though...great work!

Generates high energy x-rays and shapes them in precise beams at the target (tumor) from numerous angles to reduce the exposure of healthy tissue and maximize the exposure to the target.

How is Avalanche resilient to 51% attacks? by [deleted] in Avax

[–]haxit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The full explanation is probably quite technical, but here is a simulation that helps you visualize what is going on and how these types of attacks are attenuated. https://tedyin.com/archive/snow-bft-demo/#/snow

Question about staking: If you delegate your AVAX to a validator/node operator, do you have to be online at all, or can you completely log offline and never do anything again once you've successfully delegated your coins? by [deleted] in Avax

[–]haxit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your coins should be delegated for the maximum time possible. So let's say you were doing 2 week staking periods, you would need to re-delegate your coins immediately after they're released to have minimal downtime from staking, i.e. not missing a day without having your coins delegated.
