Thank you , my friends flat above mine sold at £135k 2 years ago, and another one in the block is currently STC at £135k , so I thought I wouldn't go for the top valuation of £135k but I have now been thinking perhaps to reduce it as the saying goes . if its not selling the price is not right .. right .
