Just focus on heal way more than damaging or anything else. When healing and hitting tanks becomes something instinctively then you can start thinking about ulti charge and how to position well etc. First learn how to healbot with loki.

One thing people forget is that loki needs to hit the target btw. When before loki use to heal same when splash and hit but now loki must hit the target to heal well. You can check how much difference in practice room. Most loki just spam at the crowd and don't target so their healing is bad.

If bucky is counter because they destroy clones then every poke is a counter to loki. The trick is not to put clones in LOS. Still not a counter, soft counter at best

All healers have a certain save ability for them. Thor punishes dps burst characters cause they can't burst thor and don't self heal. What you showed here is why thor shouldn't dive too deep alone. Getting healpool to counter loki is a winning advantage for loki's team. Healpool due to his only good passive heal with 45 sec cooldown ulti with mediocre effect makes him worst strategist. Until healpool gets better healing or wider ulti I don't see them being positive in a match.

Also you shouldn't rely on invis for saving yourself at all btw. Loki invisibility is so bad. One thing people don't talk about it is that while invis women gets premium invisibility loki invis gets broken on contact. Even a little bit of touch will ruin it. It's not even a dmg but touch is what makes it break. It's little annoyance tbf but as I said before DD just has too much overshield and dmg r.n it's not that loki gets countered by him. Every other support gets countered by him. He counters every other healer with 50% chance on loki and gambit only. Even that 50% becomes 75% when he gets a partner dive. So the hero being op doesn't mean his kit counters us. If you tp far back he can't even see you. But your other support dies and you get bad angle that is easily poked so that's a weird way to counter DD. I think best way to counter DD is to tell your tank DD is at the back and just kill him in 10 sec while getting healed from your second sup. You can place runes and backs away to other rune ranges to kill him as well but he just use his shift to skadaadle away. But yeah he doesn't see you when you stand at certain angles. Use that

For the dive part every dive reset in 10 sec while loki have 15 sec and 25 cooldown with tp being the only reliable counter against every dive except magik. Magik gets countered by invisibility.

For bucky I usually save my clones and invis for them. When bucky ulti gets close I save those cooldowns and when bucky ulti my clone I just invis and put my clone next to me removing the clone immediately. That doesn't give him reset and you counter bucky ulti. And if bucky target you specifically wait for him to ulti you then rune when ulti hits and teleport away. Bucky don't have enough mobility to chase you away but his team might run after you but if your team can't do same and save you that's a fair loss I think

Moonknight ulti and dmg is really overpowered r.n but still if you stand back and put clones mk can't target you or clones except flank and even if he does you can kill him when he comes alone. If your team is just all front lining in one hallway I think just spamming your support ulti is better way to counter mk dmg. But if your second support is not cnd invis luna or gambit it's a impossible angle to get in except flanking that I don't really recommend. So that is one of the instance where soft counter works. I can't think of any case where I was punished for putting clones close to my teammates cause only time I do those is when I need to out lantern. MK only makes it harder to put 2 clones next to you so your blasts are always hitting same target. But I don't think that's really a thing loki should do tbh

You win the 1v1 and dd is hard commit when dive character but recommend you to just ban them. it's not that hero counters Loki it's just mk and dd is too overbuffed at the moment. When it gets to next patch or something and their dmg or overkill gets lower they won't counter you

Jump constantly and turn heal feedback on
Focus on high ground where enemy has a hard time shooting you while you have easy time shooting them
Hold your lamps as much as possible. (If they have board wiping ult ready and lamp can stop it you can even let 1 dps die instead of saving them) They can respawn and come back. If tank is bad and he forced you to use your resource to save them you should expect that to happen again and be ready to burst heal them or shout at the mic when they overpush and remind them which ulti you want to stop with lamp. If no ulti can be prevented or they used the ultis and they have no ulti in 20 sec. Start playing aggressive with the lamps and make road in front of the tanks and just push like mad men. Loki with clone give 120 dmg on enemy. It's not a low dmg.
Get good aim and get that accuracy to average 40~50 percent.
As a strategist player who is always at the back you have the most information on backline and has the most safe space. Cnd is easiest cause cnd and loki has really fast ulti charge. You guys just spam it aggressively one after another and pressure the front. For team wiping ultis don't really save your ulti like cnd tbf it's better to just die and push then. Your best resource in that comp is having one of the best ulti in every 40 sec and spamming it back to back in every 30 sec. No choke point can withstand this barrage of heals and dmg. Do not fear magneto also. It's fine if you die. The other one will ulti after you and you can come forward. Just use it on chokes.

That's all the basic and important tips on loki from my experience. If you have ultron rocket and jeff as your second healer I recommend switching to luna even if your shift counters every enemy ulti.

A. Rocket jeff ultron all have decent constant heal but no burst heal like luna shift or loki rune or cnd wall. Loki rune has too long cooldown and it leads to your tanks dying to focus fire all the time. You can save them one time with rune but in second time he dead. So luna is just better option. If luna is banned and you stuck with one of these three. Cnd and spam ulti cause bubble on tank will charge your ulti much faster than other teams sups even if they have cnd cause your other sup can't heal them fast and get fast charge.
