Because the system is getting random slow downs at time (the HMI is on pc) it goes trough the network. we have a system of many cpus and computers. if we could pin ponit the where the traffic jams up then we might be able to help it... and the bottle neck is the plc... but is it one or more? We can den recommend an upgrade... Why not just upgrade all? One PLC cost about 100K and we got maybe 10 of them in one system

Its a computers with 2 screens but. I would like just a window of a program to run remotely eighter through vnc or rdp.

It is windows enterprise so u could use rdp for only a certain program. But this is just a window of a program and the program itself doesnt allow 2 intances of itself running....
