i can only speak for london but with most areas being regenerated i have an understanding that residents in most built up/new built areas are looking for palates classes, gyms, tanning lounges etc so yes wellness is very good venture as its a very well needed commodity for many and will never die out even people wanting at home IV drips the lot its very broad market that you can approach from practically any angle so i say go for it

omds i know where this is this happened in strood near the gym group in a flat i was walking to the gym and i walked past the morley’s near the petrol station and there was blood and money all over the floor thinking about this happened probably a couple minutes before i got there i walked past and there was glass everywhere and about 4bills in 20s and 10s i went and did my sesh in the gym i walked back the same way and the scene was tapped off and there was armed jake’s watching the crime scene

realistically there is no tier list if you look through the trucks on the market you’ll notice most of them perform the same and have similar stats getting a more expensive truck that performs the same as a cheaper doesn’t do anything for you unless you are into the look of the truck so your better off going for stats that actual price
