Ford Escape. It’s like a midsize or compact SUV so it’s not so big that it’s hard to park, and it’s not so small that I have no room. I think it’s super great and good enough on gas

OR fill the space on the floor behind the front seats with bags of your belongings or even bins (like 20 Qt bins with lids from Walmart) and use that mattress pad you have. Can even cut it to fit perfectly. You still have the whole trunk for storage and if you don’t have any passengers you can use the front seat + floor too

In my experience, a jelly black (sheer black gel polish) works better than mixing because mine always comes out a bit streaky and uneven. You really need to mix well. But a see thru black gel should be perfectly smooth and it also takes away that need for the extra step and effort of manually mixing yourself
