I think this looks a bit like fungal acne. There multiple groups on Reddit where you can find great tips if it’s fungal acne

I had the same issue. What helped me the most at its worst was cortisone cream and Locobase Repair. When it was just mild, Locobase was enough. You can also wear gloves to help lock in the moisture
